Terms of service

Purpose

These terms govern the use of LeadsAhoy, the software-as-a-service provided by MindWired Technology & Solutions, S.L. to manage LinkedIn prospecting campaigns. By creating an account you accept them on your own behalf or on behalf of your organization.

Account and security

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity in your account.

Acceptable use

You agree to:

  • Comply with applicable law, particularly the GDPR and rules on commercial communications.
  • Have a legal basis to contact each lead and honour their opt-out and data requests.
  • Respect LinkedIn's terms of use on your own accounts.
  • Not send spam, unlawful, misleading or offensive content, nor impersonate others.

Any LinkedIn automation carries some risk of account restrictions by LinkedIn. You set the limits and content of your campaigns and are responsible for them.

Your leads' data (data processing)

For lead data you import or manage, you are the controller and MindWired Technology & Solutions, S.L. acts as processor, processing it only to provide the service and on your instructions, with appropriate security and confidentiality under Article 28 GDPR. When the service ends, we will delete or return that data as you instruct.

Pricing and payment

The service is billed per connected LinkedIn profile, according to the plan, which includes a number of profiles, plus each additional profile at that plan's price (plans published on the pricing page). Access is free during the beta; we will notify you in advance before charging. Monthly plans renew monthly and can be cancelled anytime; yearly plans are paid upfront, with the published discount.

Availability

We work to keep the service continuously available, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or external causes such as changes at LinkedIn or our providers.

Liability

MindWired Technology & Solutions, S.L. is not liable for the commercial results of campaigns, restrictions LinkedIn may apply to your accounts or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months before the event.

Termination

You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, with prior notice except in serious cases.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law.
